COMPLETING PACKS AND FORMS FOR YOU

Dog Walker Template Pack: £35

The Dog Walker template pack contains a formal Customer Registration Form and a Service Agreement for customers to complete and sign, plus a Meet & Greet Checklist and a note slip for leaving a customer note when you drop off their dog.  There is also a slightly less formal style of Registration & Terms Form that can be used if you prefer.  

The pack contains 5 templates have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable.

 

There is a choice of a less formal Registration Form with Terms embedded, or a formal Registration Form and Service Agreement; both are in the pack for you to use. 

Add your logo and your company details to the Customer Registration section and it is ready to go.  The Terms & Conditions (or Service Agreement) requires a little more completion so that it matches your company's terms and conditions, but the areas that need information are clearly marked.  

 

Your vet release, key consent, and off lead consent are built into the documents rather than having them on separate forms.  Customers no longer have time for lots of forms, and this approach suits them better.

There is a Meet & Greet Checklist for you to use during customer meetings.  It helps remind you of the key question to ask face to face, and to keep the meeting on track.  Finally, there is an optional customer visit slip for you to use if you, or your client prefer paper to electronic messages after a walk.  You can keep a few of these in your vehicle and just use them as you need. ​

Note: You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates.  Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats. WordPad and Apple Pages are not compatible.  Alternatively, I can make the changes for you and send you PDF copies of your finished documents instead.
