Groomer Template Pack: £30
My Groomer template pack contains a three forms, a Customer Registration & Terms Form, a Groomer Report Form, and a Price List template. The fonts and colours can be changed as you wish.

The templates have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable.
Your Customer Registration & Terms Form requires a little bit of completion so that it covers your company's terms and conditions, but the areas that need information are clearly marked. Your vet release is built into the documents rather than having things on separate forms. Customers no longer have time for lots of forms, and this approach suits them better.
In addition to the Groomer Template Pack, there is also a Risk Assessment Template available for grooming premises, and another that is specific for grooming staff and workers. These are available separately to the Groomer Template Pack. Feel free to contact me for details.
Note: You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates. Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats. Alternatively, I can make the changes for you and send you PDF copies of your finished documents instead.
