  • Licence Holders are occasionally asked to appraise themselves or their staff annually.   This is not a typical request, however we have something available if your inspector requests this. 

Home Boarder Self Appraisal

Note: You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates.  Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats. WordPad and Apple Pages are not compatible.  Alternatively, I can make the changes for you and send you PDF copies of your finished documents instead.
